Returns & Refunds Policy

At de blinkieTM — we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original condition and packaging.
  • Products must not show signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering.
  • Clear photos or videos of the item(s) must be included with your return request.
  • Items that appear used, opened, altered, or customer-damaged will not be accepted.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Due to hygiene standards, any opened or used items are not eligible for return.

How to Submit a Return Request

All returns require prior written approval. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

To lodge a return, please complete our Return Request Form with the following:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Please specify your reason(s)
  • Item condition (sealed/unused or used/opened)
  • Supporting photos or video clearly showing the item’s condition
  • Your preferred refund method:
    • Store Credit (Voucher)
    • Refund to Original Payment Method

Once submitted, our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable postal method.
  • de blinkieTM is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels without valid tracking.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo or video showing the defect

Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping) or offer an alternative resolution.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
  • Depending on your bank or credit provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your payment account.
  • Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@deblinkie.com.au.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
