Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours following payment confirmation. Once dispatched, customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details to monitor the progress of their shipment.
Tracking Information
All orders, both within Australia and internationally, are sent with tracking included. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to follow the delivery status of your parcel using real-time updates provided by the shipping carrier.
Domestic delivery is provided by Australia Post.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@deblinkie.com.au before your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot make address changes after your order has shipped.
