What is your return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Submit the Return Request Form with your order number, product details, reason, and clear images; we respond within 3–5 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service; original shipping is non-refundable.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Email support@deblinkie.com.au within 14 days with your order number and photos/video; once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt; banks may take up to 10 business days to display funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. Please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Are there any hygiene exclusions?
Yes—opened or used beauty items cannot be returned unless faulty; sale items are final.
